Latest Car Shades Development 'Wanted List' - Car Shades

When we manufacture a new set of Car Shades at our factory in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire, they aren’t developed by robots or some fancy computer software, they are manufactured by hand using our skilled team who measure every window carefully, then create a perfect fit wireframe, before moving onto our sewing team to work their magic with the fabric.

To be able to do this process it obviously means we need access to a vehicle which can often prove tricky, but that’s where we hope you can help, do you have a vehicle on our list below and would you be able to visit us? If so we will make your Car Shades while you wait…

To book your car in for development, please contact Richard Garner our Development Manager by clicking here and Richard will be happy to arrange a time convenient for you to come and visit us.

How long does it take?

We will need your vehicle for approximately 6 hours, so it’s good if you are able to get to us for as close to 9am as possible so we can get cracking!

We will need to take your car into our warehouse where we will set to work measuring your windows before developing a new set of Car Shades.

Once the Car Shades are developed and perfectly fitted we will take some pictures of them so that we can create a set of Fitting Instructions bespoke to your make and model.

Your reward

If you are able to help us by bringing in a vehicle from our wanted list, we will manufacture a set of Car Shades on the day to fit all rear windows of your vehicle and fit them so that you can drive away with the very first set for your particular make and model of vehicle.

Plus to say an extra thank you, we can choose another set of Car Shades from our current range to give to another family member or friend, worth over a total of £150.

Where are we located?

We are located in Bilsthorpe, NG22 8ST which is about 20 minutes from Mansfield and 15 minutes from Sherwood Forest Centre Parcs, just off the A1.

We do have a waiting area should you choose to stay with us and it goes without saying we’ll make sure we keep the kettle on and provide complimentary WiFi. Alternatively, there are some local family attractions that we can recommend visiting if you are travelling with someone else that has access to a car so you can ride out to visit them. (Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a courtesy car.)
